Boise, Idaho, September 2008 – Today, Leo Connolly of Daimler Corporation personally presented a plaque, awarding Preco the 2007 Masters of Quality Supplier Award For Excellence. This award was presented in appreciation and recognition of superior quality parts provided during the past 12 months. Proud to accept the award was Chris Thompson, President/COO of ECCO/Preco Safety Products. This is not the only recognition Preco has received involving quality achievement. Preco has also achieved a 50 PPM quality level in 2007, placing Preco in an elite, but growing, class of PACCAR suppliers. Preco met PACCAR’s expectation that supplier parts shipments achieve a 50 PPM or better level of quality. Preco was added to the list of 2007 “50 PPM” suppliers shown at www.paccar.com. This achievement was also recognized with a certificate presented to Preco, and a plaque posted for the Preco location in the 50 PPM display at the PACCAR Purchasing lobby in Bellevue, Washington.
